Dr. Ruby “Michelle” Jamison is a professor at Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing (LHSON). She teaches Population Health Nursing and Health Assessment.
Professional Associations and Committee Leadership
Outside of the classroom, Dr. Jamison is active in professional nursing organizations that include: The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses. She also serves on the Undergraduate Academic Policies Committee at the LHSON.
Research
Dr. Jamison is currently working on a research study titled, “Can You Read My Lips, Promoting Therapeutic Communication Using See-Through Masks.” She is the Principal Investigator (PI) on the study along with along with Co-PI, Michelle Ruby Jamison, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, Associate Professor, LHSON, in collaboration with Rodney Sturdivant, Associate Professor, Marrs McLean Science, Statistical Science, Baylor University.
