Prospective Undergraduate Student
Students arrive at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing in a variety of ways. Many students complete their pre-nursing coursework on our main Baylor campus in Waco, Texas. These students are considered Baylor Pre-Nursing. Other students join us from a variety of colleges and universities where they have completed their nursing pre-requisites. These students are classified as transfer students. Finally, others arrive at our Nursing School as second degree or post-baccalaureate students.
Prospective Graduate Student
The Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing offers the following Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) tracks: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nurse-Midwifery (NM), Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) and Executive Nurse Leadership (ENL). We also offer a DNP U.S. Army Anesthesia Nursing Program (USAGPAN). We are nationally ranked, faith-based program located in the heart of Dallas. We offer both hybrid and online programs, and we work closely with our students to help them achieve their career goals.
