Eligibility for NCLEX-RN
Graduation from Baylor University with a BSN degree provides eligibility to take the NCLEX-RN exam. Passing the NCLEX-RN exam allows you to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Texas is one of the many states that participates in the National Licensure Compact (NLC). Your RN license will allow you to practice in any of the compact states. The following states are not members of the National Licensure Compact (NLC): Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Alaska, Hawaii, Minnesota, Illinois, New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
