The Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing, accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)*, is located in Dallas, Texas on the campus of Baylor University Medical Center and offers Baccalaureate, Masters, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees. For prospective faculty, qualifications include: research doctorate and active research and scholarship agenda required for tenure track appointments. Practice doctorate or research doctorate is required for clinical track appointments. Excellent opportunities for collaborative research with area healthcare agencies exist. All candidates must be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
