Study Abroad Vietnam

Recently, the LHSON hosted a Study Abroad in Vietnam.  Dr. Renee Jones, Dr. Shirley Marion and Dr. Rebecca Puchkors led students who fulfilled elective credits through international study abroad programs in Vietnam. These courses emphasized cultural immersion, global awareness, and experiential learning in diverse healthcare and community settings. Additionally, they were honored to host PhD students from Nam Dinh University of Nursing in Vietnam, fostering research collaboration and cultural exchange. 

In a separate initiative, the LHSON welcomed nine undergraduate nursing students earlier in the year from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, who joined our campus community to explore U.S. nursing education and clinical practice.
