Work and Education
Dr. Stepp is a Clinical and Medical Affairs professional with extensive experience in building and leading departmental, field, and cross-functional teams to design and execute drug development, clinical, pre-launch, launch, and post-marketing activities that support corporate goals. Some of her key competencies include: Clinical operations administrative and reporting procedure; operating efficiency, and regulatory compliance; Regulatory documentation and submission (CDER and CBER); Workforce engagement, training, and performance management; Key Investigator/Opinion Leader engagement; External collaborator and Advocacy engagement & management; Grant review and approval process; Market Research; Data analysis and interpretative skills and Scientific Information Management.

Community and Awards
Dr. Stepp gives back to the community by volunteering her time. She currently serves on the Dean’s Board of Advocates for the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing and previously on the Regional Advisory Board for the American Cancer Society of Orange County. Other organizations that she is a member of include: the Oncology Nursing Society, Hospice Nurses Association North Texas Regional Group, American Pain Management Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and the Associate of Clinical Pharmacology. She has also served on many prestigious committees with Baylor University Medical Center such as: Clinical Research Coordinators; Nursing Research Committee; Oncology Advisory Board, Oncology Journal Club, Baylor Speakers Bureau and Committee on Critical Literature Review. In addition, she was active in Purdue Pharma and the Komen Foundation Speakers Bureau and many others.

Revered as a distinguished leader, Dr. Stepp received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Baylor University in 2015.
