Lawren Kinghorn Edwards

Lawren Kinghorn Edwards is the Director of the Permanent Search Division at Thomas Edwards Group, a DFW-based boutique recruiting firm. She leads teams of recruiters in both the IT Division and Accounting/Finance/HR Division, assisting clients across Texas with their hiring needs at all levels.

Mrs. Edwards earned a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Political Science from Baylor in 2016. While at Baylor, Mrs. Edwards was an active member of several organizations, including her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and Student Government, serving as a student body officer. Additionally, she also supported her local Congressional office as an Intern and Baylor’s Office of the President as a Student Assistant. Mrs. Edwards met her husband Dominic Edwards (BBA ’15) while at Baylor, and they now reside in Washington DC. She commutes to Texas regularly. 

As a proud Baylor Bear, Mrs. Edwards is involved in the Baylor Alumni Network and serves on the Board of Advocates of Baylor’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing. The Edwardses have established an endowed scholarship in nursing in honor of Mr. Edwards’ grandmother.
