Carrington Boyd

Work/Education:
Carrington Boyd attended Trinity Valley Community College (TVCC) from 2019 to 2021. While she was a student, Carrington had developed a passion for connecting with prospective students while working in the Admissions office. This experience ignited her enthusiasm for recruitment. Following her time at TVCC, she transferred to Baylor University and earned a BA in Psychology in May 2024. 

Professional Organizations & Committees:
While attending TVCC, Carrington was an active member of the TVCC Cardettes Dance Team and served as Secretary of the Student Government Association. As Secretary, Carrington got to work with the entire Student Government team to earn the Chapter of the Year award at the  regional SGA convention. 

Awards & Honors:
As a Trinity Valley Cardette, Carrington earned Most Dedicated Member, Most Enthusiastic Member, as well as several scholarships. During her three years at Baylor, Carrington had the honor of volunteering at Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas. Serving in the college, high school, and children’s ministry was rewarding.

Community & Family:
Carrington loves spending her free time with her family, friends, and church community. Carrington has two wonderful parents and three amazing siblings. She is thankful for a tight-knit family. Carrington is passionate about making the space to spend quality time with friends, whether that means grabbing coffee, going on walks, or exploring the city together. Throughout the week, Carrington makes it a priority to serve and be an active member of her church body.
