Angela Johnson Bowman
Angela Johnson Bowman earned her B.S.N. degree from Baylor University in 1987. For many years following her time at Baylor, Angela served as a newborn intensive care nurse, caring for premature babies and their families. Her dedication and passion for the field of nursing has been a great blessing to the patients and families under her care.
More recently, she has been instrumental in fundraising for the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing serving as co-chair for the 2012 and 2013 “Going for the Gold Gala,” which has helped to raise much needed scholarship funds for Baylor University nursing students. Angela is a member of the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing Dean’s Board and a member of the Baylor University Women’s Council of Dallas.
Angela and her husband Dr. Brad Bowman M.D., (B.A. '1985) have three children: Andrew (B.B.A. ‘14), Caroline (B.F.A. ‘18), and John Bradley (B.A. '20).
She and her husband are also active members of Park Cities Baptist Church and serve in a variety of ways.
