Work and Education
Allie serves as the Mental Health Initiative Program Coordinator within Baylor University’s Garland School of Social Work (GSSW) and Louise Herrington School of Nursing (LHSON). She plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Baylor Center for Mental Health by providing direct support to its leadership, affiliated faculty, and students. Allie contributes to the development and implementation of a new interdisciplinary initiative focused on the intersection of mental health and faith, while also supporting a growing portfolio of mental health-related programs and activities.
She earned her MSEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University in 2025, following her BA in Psychology in 2022.

Allie is a member of NASPA, an association for student affairs professionals in higher education. Allie is committed to fostering student success through continuous professional development, collaboration, and innovation. Her involvement provides access to a dynamic network of peers, leadership opportunities, and resources that support excellence in student services.
Community
Originally from San Diego, California, Allie now calls Temple, Texas home. Outside of work, she is an avid reader with a passion for lifelong learning. She enjoys attending church, traveling with her husband, working out with friends, and spoiling her dog Rooney.
