LHSON Welcomes Shanna Ingram to Clinical Simulation Building

The Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing (LHSON) is pleased to welcome Shanna Ingram, as the new Staff Simulation Facilitator of the Clinical Simulation Building.

In her role, she will oversee the education arm of simulation and work alongside the faculty sim facilitators to ensure all simulation activities are of the highest quality, meet the stated objectives and produce the desired learning outcomes.

"We are very excited to welcome Ms. Ingram to our team,” said Jeanne Carey, MEd, RN, CHSE, Director of Simulation, Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LHSON Simulation.”

Prior to joining Baylor University, Shanna worked at UWorld as Director of Nursing Education. Her professional background also includes experience at Prestonwood Pregnancy Center; Baylor University Medical Center as a staff nurse, charge nurse and clinical coach, as well as serving as a tutor at the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing.

Distinguished in her field, Shanna has a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Education from Duke University; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University.
