Student Nurse Summer Camp 2025

The Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing (LHSON) will host its 3rd annual Student Nurse Summer Camp on Friday, July 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. welcoming this year’s campers (9th-12th graders from local schools) and adult volunteers. The camp allows students to hear from nursing faculty, nursing students and tour LHSON, the Clinical Simulation Building, and the hospital. The campers will learn about nursing school programs and admission requirements.  Campers will have an opportunity to perform a few basic nursing skills.  Campers will end the day with an understanding of nursing as a career and be encouraged to stay in touch.  Meals will be provided and registration is free.
